John ("Jack") Charles Foster (born May 23, 1932 in Liverpool, England – died June 5, 2004) was a former long-distance runner. He represented New Zealand in the men's marathon at two Summer Olympics; Munich, West Germany (1972) and Montreal, Canada (1976).
