British Foreign Policy And Its Critics 1830-1950

This book is a somewhat expanded version of four lectures delivered in English in November, 1966, at the Faculty of Modern History in the University of Moscow, to some 250 students of that Faculty and of the Faculty of Philology. The occasion was the conferment on the author of an honorary Doctorate of the University, a distinction for which he takes this new opportunity of recording his profound gratitude.
