Clement Oubrerie
Clément Oubrerie
Clément Oubrerie est un dessinateur français né à Paris en 1966. Il suit des études d'arts graphiques à l'ESAG, puis passe deux ans aux États-Unis où il publie ses premiers livres pour enfants.
De retour en France, il publie une quarantaine d'ouvrages, dont notamment Dis, tante Mèmène... avec Marianne Boilève chez Hachette Jeunesse, Rikiki-Riquiqui qui a peur de tout avec Pierre Coré et Le Monde de Nounouille avec Marie Nimier chez Albin Michel, et plus récemment Les Dix et Une Nuits au Seuil Jeunesse, avec Marianne Boilève. Il obtient également le prix du livre de presse de Montreuil en 2003 pour Les Mille Mots de l'info (Gallimard).
En parallèle, il se tourne vers le dessin animé et co-fonde successivement deux studios d'animation :
- La Station Animation, spécialisée dans la 3D, qui développe de nombreux projets de séries
- Autochenille Production, avec Joann Sfar et Antoine Delesvaux, qui produit et fabrique l'adaptation en long-métrage du Chat du rabbin.
En 2007 il co-signe également avec Éric et Ramzy la série Moot-moot pour Canal+, meilleure série d'animation au festival d'Annecy 2008.
Il vient à la bande dessinée sur le tard avec Aya de Yopougon (Gallimard), sur un scénario de Marguerite Abouet, qui obtient le Prix du Premier Album au festival d'Angoulême 2006. La série est traduite en sept langues, saluée par de nombreux prix et rencontre un vrai succès de librairie. Le tome 4 est paru en novembre 2008.
Il a en outre publié une adaptation en BD de Zazie dans le métro de Raymond Queneau, toujours chez Gallimard.
