Mike Costa
Mike Costa is an American comic book writer. His first published work was 2008's The Secret History of the Authority: Hawksmoor with artist Fiona Staples for WildStorm. He also wrote Resistance, a comic book series based on the Resistance video games. Costa is now writing IDW Publishing’s G.I. Joe: Cobra and Transformers.[1]
