Two important books among his writings are The Police Power, Public Policy and Constitutional Rights (1904) and Standards of American Legislation (1917). -BIBLIOGRAPHY: New York Times (Oct. 21, 1932); University Record (January 1933); Law Quarterly Review (April 1933).
