Seeberg, Reinhold, luther. Theolog, geb. 5. April 1859 in Pörrafer (Livland), habilitierte sich 1884 in Dorpat, wurde 1889 in Erlangen ordentlicher Professor für Kirchengeschichte und neutestamentliche Exegese, 1894 für systematische Theologie und 1898 in gleicher Eigenschaft nach Berlin berufen. Von seinen Schriften erwähnen wir: »Die Apologie des Aristides untersucht und wiederhergestellt« (im 4.
