Oscar Tusquets Blanca (Barcelona, 1941) es un arquitecto, pintor y diseñador español.
Realizó sus estudios en la Escuela Llotja de Barcelona y en la ETSAB. En 1964 fundó el Studio PER junto a Lluís Clotet, estudio en el que colaboró de forma regular hasta 1984. En 1987 se asoció al arquitecto Carlos Díaz con el que realizó proyectos en diversos países como Japón o Alemania. En 1980 participó en la ampliación de la Facultad de Medicina de Barcelona y dos años más tarde en la remodelación del Palacio de la Música Catalana. También participó en diversos proyectos urbanísticos como la remodelación de la zona del Convent dels Àngels o la construcción de la Villa Olímpica, ambos proyectos en la capital catalana. Es también diseñador gráfico e industrial.
Ha sido galardonado en diversas ocasiones con el premio Delta de oro del FAD y en 1987 recibió la Creu de Sant Jordi.
