Stephen Paul Fallon (born 3 August 1956 in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire) is an English football manager, currently in charge of Conference National side Histon F.C. Fallon has been in charge of the Stutes since 1999, and has in that time guided the club from the Eastern Counties League (level 9) to the Conference National (level 5).

As a player, Fallon was a central defender at Cambridge United. He made 410 league appearances for the U's between 1974 and 1986 before his professional football career was cut short because of injury. He later became player-manager at United's non-league city rivals Cambridge City.

On 16 December 2006, Fallon faced his former club Cambridge United in the first round of the FA Trophy. This was the first competitive match between the two clubs, that had seven divisions apart as recently as the early 1990s, in more than 40 years, and Histon defeated their more famous rivals by a score of 5-0.
