The whole set is comprised of six books: Listening and Speaking (I, II), Reading Comprehension, Chinese Character Workbook, Listening Comprehension and Listening Comprehension Workbook. This series covers a vocabulary of over 1200 words, 109 grammar points and more than 1200 characters. Reading Comprehension aims to improve learner’ reading abilities and increase their reading speed, as well as reviewing the grammar, language usage and vocabulary fond in Listening and Speaking. Together, Introductory Chinese and Elementary Course in Scientific Chinese form a set.
