This book consists on the effect of migration on inequality by generating the empirical evidence on the relationship between international remittances and income inequality in Albania. As more than half of the Albanian population has direct exposure to migration phenomena, this book aims to evaluate the level of the effect of remittances on the income inequality during 1992-2012 period by testing cointegration of 21 time series observations through the Johansen Cointegration Test.
