The field of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology is highly developing and growing everyday. Most of the dental specialists became dependent on new radiographic modalities on a daily basis for accurate diagnosis. Implant dentistry is one of these fields which require accurate assessment pre-operatively of the implant site and also evaluation of implant insertion and success post-operatively. In this study we are comparing between conventional and multislice spiral computed tomography as a tool in pre- and post-implant insertion.
