The protection and improvement of the environment is one of the major priorities of our time. The experiences of Finland and many other countries - regardless of wether a nation is developing or developed - verify that the most efficient and effective way of protecting the environment is to prevent the generation of pollutants at their source instead of repairing damages already occured.
