Husik, Isaac

(1876-1939)
   American historian of Jewish philosophy. He was born in Russia and moved to Philadelphia in 1888. From 1898 to 1916 he taught at Gratz College in Philadelphia, later becoming professor of philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania. His publications include A History of Medieval Jewish Philosophy.
