Last Ditch is a detective novel by Ngaio Marsh; it is the twenty-ninth novel to feature Roderick Alleyn, and was first published in 1977. Will Levington Comfort

Will Levington Comfort (January 17, 1880 - November 2,1932) was a U.S. writer, known primarily for adventure novels such as " Apache".

The "Will Levington Comfort Letters" (2 volumes, 1920-21) deal with theosophical subjects, and influenced among others Alice Bailey.
