Amelia E. Barr
Amelia Edith Huddleston Barr (29 mars 1831 à Ulverston, Angleterre - 10 mars 1919) était une romancière britannique.
En 1950, elle épousa William Barr ; le couple émigra quatre ans plus tard aux États-Unis et s'installa à Galveston (Texas). Après le décès de son mari, elle s'installa à New York en 1869 où elle commença à écrire pour des périodiques religieux et à publier des contes ou des romans pseudo-historiques.
