As a leader, it`s critical to lead from the front and I feel that in order to be effective leader, it`s important to recognize and understand my moods, emotions, and what drives others. By being emotionally aware of what is going on and how you impact others will help to build stronger rapport and create a positive working environment. Relationships are very important in the workplace and having a strong and positive one with your colleagues will further your objectives at work and help to become more successful.
