Victor Roman
Victor Roman (né le 12 mars 1937 à Mărtiniș dans le județ de Harghita en Roumanie, mort le 12 avril 1995) était un sculpteur roumain.
Biographie
- En 1950 Victor Roman quitte son village pour le lycée des Beaux-arts de Târgu Mureș.
- 1954 Il entre à l'institut d'arts plastiques Nicolae Grigorescu de Bucarest.
- 1962 Première exposition personnelle à Bucarest.
- 1963 Prix de sculpture de l'union des artistes plasticiens de Roumanie.
- 1965 Premier voyage à l'Ouest.
- 1968 Il s'installe en France à Nogent-sur-Marne.
- 1974 Prix du concours pour la réalisation d'une œuvre d'art pour l'Hôte de ville de Bobigny.
- 1977 réalisation dans le Parc des Sources de la Bièvre à Guyancourt de L'oiseau.
Victor Roman a réalisé de nombreuses œuvres monumentales pour l'architecture et la cité (entre autres l'hôtel de ville de Bobigny, le CES Albert Schweitzer à Créteil, le SCIC à Villiers-le-Bel, la place à Noisy-le-Sec).
