The findings of the study clearly show that different rewarding systems positively affect employees performance. In addition, the company works more on monetary rewards but the availability and provision of non-monetary rewards were found to be poor. To boost employees morale and performance, the company should plan its rewarding systems based on different demographic variables and it should adopt effective implementation of different non-monetary rewarding systems.
