An experimental setup was made with 5 working models of Venturi of different inlet and throat diameter (20x9) and (20x10). The venturi is made up of acrylic fiber with various position of jet across the throat. Hence the effects of parameters like throat dimension, position of jet, discharge are analyzed for different flow rate of solvent in different venturi. Based on the results obtained, the curves are plotted between parameters like Velocity Ratio, Reynolds Number, Power Ratio, Initial Second Moment, Concentration Ratio, Viscosity Ratio, Moment Ratio, Mixing Parameter and Second Moment.
