Chronic arsenic exposure can lead to palmo-plantar keratosis. In the stratum corneum, linoleic acid is responsible for inflammation, keratinization, regeneration etc. The aim of this study was to understand the role of linoleic acid in pathophysiology of arsenical keratosis.
