Imaging Without Optics: Localization of Radiation Sources

Производитель: "LAP Lambert Academic Publishing"

This book develops a novel approach to imaging within systems in which optics are not available. A novel family of optics-free sensors built of an array of subsensors with natural cosine-law directional sensitivity is considered. These subsensors are arranged on a flat or bent surface and are supplemented with a signal processing unit, which produces statistically optimal estimations of radiation sources spatial location and their radiation intensity. Imaging and source localization capability of such a system was studied by computer simulation and analytically. ISBN:9783659471513
