Main purpose of this study was the investigation of helminth s prevalence in the ruminats of Tehsil Jatoi, Sothern Punjab, Pakistan. Therefore, 100 faecal samples of each cattle, buffalo, sheep and goat were examined by direct, indirect (sedimentation and floatation techniques) and coproculture techniques. Overall prevalence was 53% comprising 51% in cattle, 47% in buffalo, 62% in sheep and 52% in goat. To know the dependence of helminth s prevalence on sex and age of animal Chi-square statistical design was applied to data.
