Currently utilization of agricultural products as an input for factories is the major plan of Ethiopian government. Among those agricultural products Bamboo holds higher population which has been limited to the use of household furniture`s at local areas of the country. Lots of scholars has been devoted to investigate the population of the bamboo in Ethiopia, according to these researchers both from the country and abroad, the population of Ethiopian bamboo plant which is around 1million hectare, holds 67% of the Africa s bamboo population.
