Factors Affecting Utilization of Family Planning Among Rural women

In the study area only few (20%) of rural women utilized family planning service to postponed or limit number of children due to demand and supply factors. Hence, due to religious pressure and cultural factors in the study area only few number of women utilized the service. As a result, the result of this work indicated some of the factors that affected utilization of family planning service among rural women in the study area. Based on the result of Binary logistic regression age,educational status,occupational status,average annual income,distance from the near by town and availability of suppliers become some of the significant factors that determine utilization of the service in the study area.
