This study examined factors and adoption of e-learning among undergraduates in IUIU. The study wanted to establish the relationship between a) attitude b) access to ICT resources and c) training in ICT skills and adoption of e-learning. The findings were that there was significant positive relationship between i)attitude ii) access to ICT resources and iii) training in ICT skills and adoption of e-learning.
