The present study was done in Gujrat city to evaluate the number of overweight and obese individuals and investigate the association of overweight and obesity with increased liver enzymes&Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Females showed greater BMI values as compared to males. Overweight and obese females both showed significant increase in Waist Circumference and Waist to Hip Ratio (WHR). Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) showed no significant increase in obese and overweight individuals.
