In formulating biblical, theological and human experience, the writer presents an anecdote of a young medical doctor- an only daughter of her parents who met her untimely death as a result of domestic violence meted out to her by her husband who was a Church Elder. Some traditional, socio-cultural beliefs and practices of the Ghanaian culture which tend to accentuate this `crime` even within the Church were identified.
