Many occasions evidenced the fact that people face different psychosocial adjustment challenges during their early arrival to a new environment. This may result from the psychological discomfort people experience. Besides this, the differences between place of origin and destination in some social and cultural aspects, including the inevitable difference in weather condition imposes burden upon the new-comers well-being. Thus, the assumption of this study is that the resettlers of the Sasiga resettlement site are likely susceptible to psychosocial adjustment problems (specifically to mental distress and some relationship problems). This research was thus conducted to examine the level of psychosocial adjustment problems experienced by the resettlers of the Sasiga resettlement site.
