Benjamin Day (* 11. Dezember 1978 in Corinda) ist ein australischer Radrennfahrer.
Ben Day begann seine Karriere 2002 bei Ambra-Obuwie-SNC Odziez. Ein Jahr später führte es ihn zum portugiesischen Team Carvalhelhos-Boavista, wo er zusammen mit Simon Gerrans fuhr. Im selben Jahr wurde er australischer Meister im Einzelzeitfahren. Daraufhin bekam er einen Vertrag bei dem zweitklassigen belgischen Team MrBookmaker.com. Gleich zu Beginn feierte er einen Etappensieg bei der Tour Down Under. Nach zwei Jahren wechselte er wieder zurück seinem ehemaligen Rennstall Carvalhelhos-Boavista. Bei den Commonwealth Games 2006 gewann Day die Silbermedaille im Zeitfahren hinter seinem Landsmann Nathan O'Neill.
Seit 2009 fährt Ben Day für das australische Team Fly V Australia. Dort konnte er 2010 mit drei Siegen bei Etappenrennen in Nordamerika seine bisher beste Saison abliefern. Den Grundstein der Siege legte er jeweils mit dem Gewinn der jeweiligen Zeitfahren.
