We started from bio-psychosocial point of view to the human and his/her health and illness questions. That implies assumption that chronically ill position could be hard stressful and patient`s ways of coping with the illness could be less effective and therefore further threatening to subject`s immune system. Considering that numerous psychological factors can lead not only to poor compliance, and to the insufficient illness adaptation as a whole, we try to form appropriate theoretical model of psychological help as a part of interdisciplinary treatment of these patients.
