The conclusion is that the principle side effects of this therapy are more dangerous compared to the benefits and this is the reason that I believe with strong opinion that in the future this therapy needs to be substituted with other drugs. The balance between the risks and benefits should be seriously taken into account. This therapeutics protocols must be reevaluated in the medical practice for the benefit of our patients.
