Being the most affordable mechanism for communication between people in today`s global world, the Internet is quite often used by criminals and people with mental disabilities, pseudo-religious fanatics, moral ugly creatures for homicide. Legislative regulation of liability for incitement and assistance to suicide in Russian and some foreign legal systems is exposed, examples of the judicial practice of bringing to justice those who have driven to suicide by using the Internet.
