A multitude of studies have been performed on whether the electric fields generated by electrical installations represent any kind of health risk. Results obtained in some investigations are inconstant, this impede to draw the overall picture of alterations of biological processes and to understand the nature of interactions of this factor with live objects. Anyway, it seems that interactions of external electrostatic field with an organism are much deeper than it appears on the first glance.
