Jonas Jonasson

Jonas Jonasson (* 1962 in Växjö, Schweden) ist ein schwedischer Journalist und Schriftsteller.

Sein erster Roman wurde 2009 unter dem Originaltitel "Hundraåringen som klev ut genom fönstret och försvann" veröffentlicht. Im Jahr 2010 war es das am meisten verkaufte Buch in Schweden.

Die Übersetzungsrechte wurden in 30 Länder verkauft (Stand Oktober 2011).

Leben

Jonasson arbeitete nach seinem Studium in Göteborg als Journalist für die Zeitungen „Smålandsposten“ und „Expressen“ und als selbstständiger Medien-Berater. Nach 20 Jahren Medientätigkeit zog Jonasson von Schweden in den Tessin an den Luganersee. Im Herbst 2011 lebt Jonasson wieder mit seinem Sohn in Schweden. Er schreibt an einem zweiten Roman.
